Folks, we're here in Las Vegas. I am... well, we'll get to that at a later point. I'm outside of the Red Team Village. Allegedly, I'm not allowed inside, but I'm a penetration tester and I'm going to penetration test my way into seeing what's inside this village for your viewing pleasure. Let's take a look, shall we? ...village with Caveman and DOG Tampa's own Laz Slayer. We're here doing work, we're putting it on, and we're going to cut to it right now. I want to ask both of you, before we get down to any business here, what's changed from last year's amazing, outstanding, lines-out-the-door Red Team Village to this year? I would say the biggest thing that's changed since last year is that now we're going to have a workshop sign-up. In that workshop sign-up, you're going to get a coin for whatever workshop you were trying to go to, and that coin will be distributed at 9.30 a.m. each morning, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So you want to make sure that you are coming here in the morning to get your workshop coin. And then if you are not here five minutes before the workshop starts, we are also going to have another line that will be a wait list for each of the workshops. So those workshops will be divvied out throughout this area that we're in right now. So make sure you're here on time. If not, someone else is probably going to get your spot. So make sure you're here on time. If not, someone else is probably going to get your spot. Now that you all know you no longer have to fist fight other people to get into the door of the Red Team Village, so Mr. Caveman, I'm going to ask you, what goes into planning a Red Team Village? How long have you been with the village? I've been actually with the core team of the village for a little over a year now. This is a year-long event plan. I mean, we're going to end up here, we'll take a couple weeks off, and it starts for next year. That's it. There is no delay. It takes a long time to put all this together. Sometimes it's, I mean, some of these things are 6-12 months in the planning. I mean, there's our badge for this year. It takes a lot to put this on. And one thing I do want to mention that has changed for anyone who was here last year. Pan around. Four times the space, baby. Four times the space. There's no more cramming it in. Hopefully we got a lot more room for a lot more people. Workstations have twice as many seats as they did last year, and so we hope to see you all here.
