Europa Point.
Europa Point is the southern tip of Gibraltar, where the Strait of Gibraltar meets the Alboran Sea and Atlantic and Mediterranean water flow past each other. Strong currents make it a place for experienced divers. Nearby features include Europa Reef ('La Seca'), a mound of old cannon and cannonballs, and the deep wall known as Los Picos.
A drift dive every Sunday morning through October and November 2001 — the only dive of the day, because this one was enough on its own.

- Europa Reef ('La Seca'): flat reef top, north wall dropping from 18 to 25 m, caves on the east side
- Large Admiralty anchor wedged in the north wall of Europa Reef, with smaller anchors nearby
- Two small wrecks on the west side of Europa Reef, sunk by the navy for target practice
- Cannon Pile: a mound of cannonballs with iron cannon, about 25–29 m, listed under the Heritage and Antiquities Act (HLSS/002)
- Los Picos: a wall from 18 m down past 60 m with corals and old anchor chains, and very strong currents

No standard drift profile published; nearby features lie at about 18–29 m, and the seabed drops past 50 m to the west and south
Some of the strongest currents around Gibraltar, where water moves between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic; the current at Los Picos is described as extremely strong. Dives must be planned around the tides and currents. For experienced divers.
