Torrens Point.
A calm, protected site at the northern end of Well's Bay, known locally as Saba's nursery and used for both snorkelling and shallow dives. Divers explore small caves and large rock formations north of the point. Experienced divers can be guided through a lava tunnel about 18 m long.

Among the most protected waters on Saba in normal weather, and suitable for beginners and snorkellers. Surge can make the tunnel challenging.
How it got there.
Well's Bay sits below the cliffs where Saba's first European settlements stood in the 17th century. The bay takes its name from a freshwater well dug there by early settlers.
